Galexy GT-i9300 International Version

I just bought this phone from ebay with box which says 32 GB but when I look in to the Storage it shows 2GB only!!! Also I am not able to sync contacts from my google account!!! Any thoughts?

did you factory reset it when you got it and sign in with your own google account details (gmail address and password)?
where are you seeing that it only has 2gb? can you take a screenshot (hold in power and home button at same time) of storage

I am trying hard reset but it's not doing it. Even it's not connecting to Kies sofware too. I am able to see 2GB as Storage section of the settings.

strange man. are you trying to reset it in "backup and reset" settings?

anyone know the manual button way to wipe the s3?

It looks like it's made in hong kong as I can see on the sticket at battery insert place with chineese or some asian language written. I really need some help with re-installing or get rid of the existing OS and install the brand new available android os.

The fact is I can see the
Android Version 4.0.4
Kernel Version 3.0.13 1211V30
Build number IMM76D.I9300ZSALE9
Custom build version 1348568386

Any suggestions!!

ive NEVER heard of that build mate and the fact it only has 2gb makes me think youve bought a fake
try a google search of the build number etc and see what you come up with and make a thread in the main s3 forum something like "does this sound like a fake s3" and write the info youve gave me and see if anyone smarter than us can help lol.

I just returned the phone to the seller I was also thinking that it was fake phone!
