gallery app problem

Hi AC
I have a problem with gallery app if I want to play a video from whatsapp folder it start hanging and giving me A green screen and then the video closed by it self I tried other gallery apps and it is working fine but I missing the edit and duo camera feautures

It's probably the codec used to produce the video. Not much you can do about it, since you can't install more codecs in Gallery.
