I have a little over 300 audiobooks on my phone in the Audiobook folder. Each book is contained in it's own folder that also has the cover .jpg. These .jpgs are displayed in my Gallery, but I don't want to scroll through all of that cover art to view my photos. I've deleted them 3 times now only to have them immediately show up again. I don't want to have to delete the cover art from over 300 folders in the Audiobook folder. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening?

I don't need this tip right now, but it is great info I hope to remember down the road.

Most likely, I won't remember it though, and I'll be in the forums asking this same question when it becomes an issue for me

You mean, you don't screenshot things like helpful tips? Then forget or can't find it in a sea of a million other screenshots you never got around to organizing so it's now a big grave of good intentions?

I've seen this tip countless times over the years and still forget about it. Lol

So found this too.

.nomedia file stops gallery from viewing it but apps still can see it (ie you want to post a pic).

This "." Folder stops that.

Edit: I think this will cause your ebook to not show up in your ebook app too. So nomedia might be the better option here.

That would likely work because I can point Smart Audiobook Player to any folder including one with a . in front of the name. I'm bookmarking this page for the next time I need to do this.
