Firstly I noticed that I couldnt get into my gallery - it keeps saying to delete photos, videos etc. So I downloaded them to my PC and that didnt work. I deleted all my Apps thinking if I reload them this would help but now I cant even do that it keeps saying 'invalid file package'. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my google account and cleared caches etc and rebooted countless times. I have tonnes of storage left so I dont know what else to do.
My husband bought me this phone in feb for my bday and he passed away 4 weeks ago so I am really petrified i will delete messages or something. I would appreciate any help.
