Game tools (game launcher app) video recorder not working

Samsung game tools app recorder isnt working.

I am experiencing a problem with the game tools app. I need to record videos (in-game), and everytime i try to record a video while I'm in a game, it gives me an error message saying "Video recording failed. Please try again later".
At first I thought it was space that was the issue, that's why it kept on giving me the error, but I cleared over 3 GB on my internal storage as well as my external SD card, I even changed the video resolution to the lowest, but still nothing works.
Please help.

Im using a Samsung A8 phone.

Welcome to Android Central! Is it trying to save to the SD card by default? If so, have you tried a different SD cards? SD cards can fail or get corrupt, which can cause issues like this.

I'm guessing that an Exynos 7885 just isn't powerful enough to run a game and game recording at the same time. (They're both CPU-intensive.) You need a flagship phone to record games.
