GB is constantly downloading something

GB is working. Nice but needs some tweaks. My new problem is that the download symbol is constantly on the top of the screen and the battery life is incredibly short. Can't figure out what is downloading. Any thoughts?

I had the sync showing as well did a factory reset and it fixed it for mine

Factory reset is nice to start the device fresh. I had to do that to fix as well.

If you have a nandroid of your previous setup (like, from right before the installation of the rooted build)? If so, you can do an advanced restore of your data with Bootstrap and avoid setting up all over again. That's what I did, and I didn't have any sync issues.
