GB phonebook sync problem

I updated my wife's EVO last week. Now her facebook friends are sync'd. When she types a sms her friends pop-up with the auto populate. She doesn't want facebook and phonebook sync'd. I have looked, but can't find or remember how to get rid of them. Under the sync in the settings, nothing is set to sync.

Any help would be great.

While you are in the people app, hit menu and select view, then uncheck Facebook contacts, then done and they will disappear

Thanks! Funny thing though, is that the facebook was unchecked....... Oh, well at least I know where to look from now on.
