I really, really like DasBAMF 2.0-6 (or you can go with his Sense 3.0 versions as well). I've heard a lot of chatter about Gingersense, too, so if you're considering one, you may check into that ROM as well.

DAS BAMF 2.0-6 is what I'm using and it does what I want. Netflix is also nice on there.

Ran the various beta versions of das BAMF 2.0 through beta 5. Currently running das BAMF preview 4, which has Sense 3.0 elements incorporated into the ROM. Although I'm using preview 4 as my daily driver, it does have a few glitches. Beta 5 or 6 are better options if you don't want to be on the bleeding edge.

Ok i have to ask what is this "preview" everyone keeps saying when talking about roms? I have been away from the forums recently due to school. I come back and everyone is using this preview. What is it? I'm also on gingerREMIX 2.0 beta 6 with urban theme on it. What kernel are you using? And your staying away from mr2.5 right? It sucks rebooted on me so went back to mr2!

The first post the is an install that will give you a gingerbread from with full Sense 3.0. It's pretty awesome. The kernel I'm using (DasBAMF2.0-6, mind you) is the gb test 7 from imosense. I tried a few lean kernels with sense 3.0 but they all failed on me and I couldn't boot in. Although, the kernel that comes with the preview is pretty stable (I did get a kernel panic a couple of times, though).

As for mr2.5, yes, im waiting for more reports on stability before I jump on board for that one...

The previews are Sense 3.0 themed ROMS. There have been 4 released over at XDA. Using Imo's 3.0-1GB Kernal, and I am using the MR 2.5 radio, only had 1 reboot, love the speeds and reception.!

I really like bamf 2.0 beta 5 nte - bc the beta 6 remix has that green colorway that i can't get into or get rid of yet.
and preview 4 blows it away but it's not entirely functional yet.
both of these roms are awesome, and they're making me like sense again. it's been a while.
i would highly recommend both.

I am using BAMF remix 2.0-6. And the stock kernel. However, I am noticing a very slow charge. I need to load the IMO test 7 kernel. Evidently, that fixes the issue.

Looks like that version fixes charging, but YouTube doesn't work so it depends on what is more important to you.

yeah true i forgot to mention that.

fast charge is a must for me, especially bc of the stock battery.

youtube is nice and all but i can live without it for a few days.

I feel the same way. Fixing the slow charge issue is more important to me than having YouTube.

Edit: Looks like the issue affects all video playback, not just YouTube. On the plus side, imoseyon thinks it may be easy to fix.

The radio that was bricking phones was the alpha gb radio, which isnt being used by anyone i dont think.

There are now two gb rom friendly radios, mr 2 and mr 2.5.

of course, you still flash them at your own risk.

You Tube still works with test 7 kernel I had to revert back to beta 5 with test 7... couldn't stand the green ring, and slow charge
