GB update...but camera still the same??

I updated my phone with the GB. Everything is great, much faster overall. BUT my camera is still the same. When my husband updated his to GB, the camera changed and it looks just like the ones shown in the GB pics. Thoughts???? Did yours change after the GB update or stay the same??
