Gboard not always working when trying to text

I'm not sure if anybody can fix this issue I have the Samsung Galaxy S10 plus on T-Mobile I'm running the latest updates.
from time to time the voice to text decides to not respond it shows that it's picking up my voice but no actual text is coming out from the response to whatever I say.

Hi, you can try clearing cache,data,force stop the Gboard app

I did that also but it's still not responding to my voice maybe it's a bug or something? I'll see if I can write the developer

Could be a bug .

Are you using the Gboard app or are you using the Samsung keyboard?

I've been using Samsung as of late
