no immediate shutter. [fixed]
EDIT. ah, because I had my gallery on phone set to "ALL", for some reason the newest pictures weren't showing up, so i had to switch to ALBUMS and lo and behold, there is a Gear2Cam folder with more photos than I expected, meaning it took pictures in immediate mode but I didn't know it (no shutter sound).
