Gear 360 erroring out on update?

I just got the Gear 360, and ran into an issue the first day we used it. When I got the update from the Gear 360 app, it errored out during the update. Anyone else encountered this?

I don't have a Gear 360, though I would love to. Let us know if you figured it out. I'm sure there are others who've experienced it as well.

Have you tried deleting the app and then reinstalling it? The manager app on the phone I mean.
