gear replacement

I sent in my gear for repair of the camera. Just curious if they are unable to fix it would they send me a gear 2?

I've seen spare parts for Gears, and unfortunately for you, quite a few refurb and unsold ones. So I think you'll get a replacement unit, but not a Gear 2.

I sent mine in because the screen went black and wouldn't turn on. They replaced everything but the band, and it looks like I have a brand new watch! And they sent it in a cool android pouch!
