Has anyone else has problems syncing your Note 4 and Gear S ?

I've had my Gear S synced with my Note 3 since March, 2015, with only minor glitches, but still working ok.

Got my Note 4 around November 15th, 2015. Tried syncing with my Gear S, but did not work. Did a Factory Reset many times, still would not sync. Tech Support was not able to help.

Tried Factory Resetting my Gear S again today, and finally got synced to my Note 4, but major problems. Many apps would not download to my Gear S. My Notes in Gear (best Note app for Gear S) and File Transfer are very important apps, but would not install. Did another Factory Reset, but same problem.

Called Tech Support about this issue again today, but no help. They told me to go to Best Buy for help, but it's too far away and I don't drive.

So, I finally gave up, and synced my Gear S back to my Note 3. No problems ... !!! Everything back to normal. Got all my apps back. Everything working perfectly ... !!!

Conclusion: Must be a major issue/glitch/bug between my Note 4 and Gear S. File Transfer is working perfectly between my Gear S and Note 3, and I'm transferring my files to my Gear S, which would not work with my Note 4.

I have the newer Note 4, the T3 model, which was supposed to fix some of the major bugs, like Excessive Battery Drain and Bluetooth issues. My Note 4 has been very stable so far (had for a little over a month now), and Bluetooth on my Note 4 has been very stable (very unstable on my Note 3). But I do have the issue with excessive battery drain on my Note 4 still, even after the most recent Lollipop 5.1.1 Update (Video Calling and Advanced Messaging).

I would really like to sync my Note 4 with my Gear S, because I do not have Mobile service on my Note 3 anymore, so my Note 3 stays home, connected to our WiFi, and my Note 4 goes with me when I leave the house.

You would probably get more help if you posted this in the Gear S forum, since the Gear S is not Android Wear.

I used my Gear S without a problem with my Note 2 for the first few months, then they pushed an update (to Gear Manager or the watch, I do not know), and after that, every time i tried to connect the watch and the cell, the watch was getting super hot and drain battery excessively. Samsung never fixed what they broke and I ended up using the Gear S in stand-alone mode until I sold it this month. I hope you manage to find a fix, but I don't have any faith in Samsung fixing what they break any more.

When I paired my first AW watch (LG Urbane 2 LTE) with my phone, everything JUST WORKED out of the box. It's a thing of beauty, and nothing would make me reconsider Tizen ever again.
