gear s2 getting hot, & no mobile network?

[AC Question]

my sons gear s2 is heating up so much that it says cool down, and then it wont work unless conected via bluetooth only. Ive been to the ATT store and was on the phone with customer service and no one can help me. The heating up is one issue and the not connecting to the mobile network is another. This just started happening. Does it have anything to do with the new updates? Number syncing?

Mines been having same issue.. So much that the rubber under bezel has warped and won't turn. Been nothing but hassle trying to get it replaced.
