Gear S3 on AT&T Pixel - Numbersync

Received the GS3 yesterday got everything setup...logged onto my AT&T account to see if activation was necessary and was prompted to setup Numbersync. My unlocked Pixel was purchased from Google store, was told that (for now) Numbersync would not work on a non AT&T phone. I have confirmed that it does in fact work on a Google Pixel, messages and phone calls coming from the watch in standalone mode, show as coming from the phone....nice!

My Verizon Pixel also works great on AT&T, hopefully Samsung will get Samsung Pay working on non Samsung phones as their advertising states.

Awesome. Couldn't get it to work with my Nexus 6P unfortunately. Maybe they didn't give me an HD Voice SIM card. Nexus is also not listed as a phone on their website that is a supported phone. Too bad. Was hoping for the NumberSync to work. Seems like a good feature.

How exactly did you get that to work? Every time they tried adding HD voice to my Pixel xl to enable number sync I lost the ability to make outgoing calls on my phone
