Gear S3 - Wrong Time (Paired with Note9)

Hello Guys!

After a few travels in different countries (different time zones) everything was fine, all date and times changing auto.

Now that I'm back home, this GEAR S3, is showing one hour ahead!!!!

I tried to change settings in the watch, and to do so, I need to unpair (turn off Bluetooth for exempla) so I can change DATE and TIME, but as soon I turn the Bluetooth again, this $%&$ goes back to wrong time!

In my phone I tried to use AUTO and Manual DATE AND TIME! Nothing changes!

I tried to RESTART the Watch and Phone! Nothing...
I tried RESET the Watch! Nothing....

Wat can I do now?????

Have you tried:

1. Turn off bluetooth
2. On your watch, go to the time settings and make sure that the time zone is correct.
3. On your phone, change time to manual and make sure that the time zone is correct
4. Then enable bluetooth
5. then re-enable auto time on your phone (if you want)

Yes.... I tried that combo as well.... Nothing. When I turn Bluetooth again it mess up the time.

One thing I noticied, my time zone should be -3gmt but it show as -3gmt summer time.
I think this summer time is mess up.

The "fix" I found so far: keep my phone in -2GMT, so and manualy change the time in my phone. So in the S3, it's ok now.
