My new Galaxy S10 plus while in its case is unable to wirelessly charge my gear S3

Assuming you are turning on power share, it's most likely due to your case. If it still won't wirelessly charge without your case on then could be a faulty S10+

My Gear S3 is working fine with wireless power share and my S10 with the Spigen Tough Armour case.
