Gear VR for Note 8 Releases 9/15

So the VR for note 8 gets released Friday, the one thats out now with controller will not fit. Another $130 smh

I think if you wait towards Christmas it will be cheaper. Seems like one for the S8+ would be very close.

I figure it can't be too long until someone posts a video tutorial on a DIY modification of the old VR to make the Note 8 fit.

I went to best buy, they tried the note 8 with the s8+ one. Doesn't fit, they have the VRs in the back already, they said they only have 3. Cant sell them until 9/15.

Just fyi the gear vr from the s8 works just fine. I'm using mine now. No issues.

It does work. I have one at home. Used it no problem.

your feild of view isnt as good, thats why they made a new one. With the note 8s size I would want to take advance of all that screen.

I don't notice any difference. But that could be just me.

Mine fits and works too people.
