Gemini on android auto??

Hello peeps, I searched and in doing so I did not find the answer I am looking for.

So my brother has the same phone we all have here, he is not on a beta profile, but yet he has Gemini on android auto, his wife who has the same phone as well ( S25 ULTRA), she does not have Gemini on AA, we looked at our specs and settings and everything is the same, is there something I'm missing?

Probably why is Gemini to Android Auto is happening gradually and server side by Google so now it's a waiting game.

Yeal server side that's why some have it and others don't, I'm not sure how they determine the rollout.

Google is notorious for releasing half baked apps. They were not even done fully baking Google assistant, getting close, but not done and they yank it out of the oven and replace it with a raw Gemini and forget to turn the oven on for a long time. So, yes it's a slow bake with lots of issues to come, but if they beat apple to it they call it a success, even if it's buggy.

As far as which phone gets it or not, probably a coin toss. Most likely Google phones will get it first, but that's no guarantee either. You just wait and some day it's there.

I mean we all like surprises...... Hahha but that's I ky when they work other wise it's pretty useless, my brother says Gemini is atrocious in AA.
