It's under apps and just called watch. If you don't have it try looking in the HTC hub for it. Mine kept telling me that I already had an account but I don't remember setting one up and it wouldn't send me a password hint when I hit the "Forgot password" link so I set up another using a gmail account. It worked I got the credit.

worked fine for me, although it thought I already had an account, maybe the HTC hub was the same. Anyway, different email worked fine, 25$ credit applied.

So I tried to rent a movie got it downloaded and ready to watch but when I press play it says downloading license than I get an error msg saying unable to download license, is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know away to fix this?

The only time that happen to me is if you start a movie, even watch 1 sec of it they only give you 24 hours to watch, so when i try to watch a movie after that 24 hours what you described happens, other than that no.

Hmm that's the thing I haven't even started the movies I even tried downloading a different one and got the same message

I had this set up, and used $3.99 of my $25 credit, but it seems the rest of my credit has disappeared, probably after having to factory reset.

believe it had an expiration date.
I had one with my EVO LTE that expired at the end of last year.
