I have a motorola g4 plus that I normally login to using either my finger or a pattern. I installed a security software recently that asked me to enter a pin or password. Long story short, yesterday I could no longer use my finger or pattern as the phone is forcing me to enter the pin/password because the phone was restarted. I do not remember the pin/password but I still have access to two other accounts. however some features on those accounts are restricted. Do I have any options to gain access to my main account or to copy the files seeing that I can still access two other restricted account. I can also see the phone on google's find my device.
Thanks in advance

I have lost access to my main Gmail account when I joined my other phone to Project Fi. I changed my password on both phones using another's wifi and now I can't verify who I am. I am upset because I know my phone is hacked. Why does Google think it's normal for me to log in from the UK and somewhere 8 miles from where I live? The more I question it, the longer it takes to get resolution on Pixel 2 XL & a LG Nexus 5x? I just want to air my issue, I can't help you.

Cheryl,

1. Where you're logging in from is where your ISP enters the internet (which could be a lot more than 8 miles from where you live).

2. Project Fi uses your Google Voice number (which bothered me when I was using Fi), but the rest of your account should remain unchanged. (Mine did.)

Call the Pixel 2 support number and ask them if they can get you the number of someone at Google support who's as good as they are (even level 1 tech support is pretty good - level 2, although they're not really cellphone repair experts, is great) who can help you with your Google account issue.

abujafarjam, sorry, I have no answer for your problem.
