Get around Exchange security?

I'd like to use a pattern on my Inspire but the Exchange security won't let me do it. Is there a way to get around this with the Inspire?

there used to be a lockscreen disable program i used on the incredible but havent had any luck on the thunderbolt. please post if you find something that works for you.
