Get back my screen write

If i change to a different app during an unsaved screen write, it gets lost. Is there a way to get it back? Example i'm in a meeting so i do a screen write of a document so i can scribble notes...then i check something online and bamb my screen write is gone. No way to switch back to it.

Screen writes don't save automatically. Apps save their current state, but only their current internal state - what you do on-screen with a stylus isn't saved, unless you're using an app that allows handwritten notes and can save them (like Samsung's S-Notes) - and even then you're taking a chance.

Save the notes, switch to look at what you're looking at with the Home button, not the Back button, then run the app from recents and it should still have your saved notes, but if it doesn't, you saved them, so you can open them.
