Get it off. I am suing you as of now for theft by deception. Remove it

Maybe you could give us a few more details about what's going on instead of threatening us with scary lawsuits?;)
 
It would have been wiser to try to resolve the problem by talking to the offending party in a friendly and reasonable way as a first step, rather than to initiate legal proceedings as a first step, but it’s a bit late for that now.
 
Oh boy, so many conflicting and erroneous points just in one sentence. Law suit for theft? Theft is a criminal act, so good luck finding any lawyer who can or will actually take you up on that. Deception? That's going to be a major project on your end as you need to prove with clear evidence that there is actually some kind of devious intent involved.
From the sound of it, you just need to learn how to manage the icons on the screens of your mobile device, something that you can teach yourself with a little experimentation or have it shown to you by someone who's more tech savvy than yourself. Either way, adapting to modern technology is a challenge for some and there's nothing wrong about that. We all have our own strengths and weaknesses.
