Get Pics off of phone?

Is there an easy way to get the pictures I take off of the phone? I have a Mac and never had a problem doing it with my iPhone. But I can't seem how to figure it out with this. If I attach the phone nothing comes up.

There are a lot of options, but I think the fastest one and one of the more versatile is just to download Airdroid and follow the easy instructions.

I'm not sure how the Mac works, but I use Dropbox. I have it setup to automatically download my pics to DB whenever I get within a Wi-Fi area.

You can download Android File Transfer application for your Mac from this site (Android Central). After installing it on your Mac, connect your S4 via USB cable and just drag and drop files to transfer back and forth from phone to Mac. Very easy and of all the methods I have used this works best for me.
