Called Verizon with various problems i've been having, and they offered to send me a new phone. I have a bunch of paid apps on my old X, and was wondering how I could transfer over all of my apps onto my new one?

They're linked to your gmail. Should pull over from the market fine with a new one. Also - you could create an appbrain.com account and have your list of all your dloads there to choose from.
