Getting an 4g xoom

I'm in the possibility of getting a used xoom for a great deal. What things should I look for? Maybe software versions or things like that. I'm willing to get it if I can update it to ics.

if you have any choice in the matter (like your shopping ebay or something), I would just get a wifi xoom. It'd be nice to be unchained from Verizon after the ICS update shenanigans, but that could just be me thinking the grass is greener.
