getting my reminders to work?

When I voice my reminders it comes in on the cards I thought I had a bad phone 2 but it came in on my cards

Not if the device is defective, and you said your phone had other issues.

The other issue I was having was the screen would go black during phone calls... Turns out it was because I had the screen protector that the phone came with still on and it was blocking a sensor. That issue resolved itself when I took it off. Also the rest flick wasn't working for me every time but it seems to have gotten better . The reminder still don't work I've been using keep. Therefore just decided to keep the phone.
