Getting new phone

My zforce (original) is still going strong and just bought a battery mod for it, but I'm tired of not being able to see the screen in daylight. For a long time now I've had to have brightness to 100% and I still have a hard time viewing the screen.

I've ordered a moto g7. Here's my question: can I just move my sd card from one to the other? All my podcasts, pictures and music are on the card.

Also, can I just move my Verizon sim card to the new phone?

Caveat about the SD card: Yes you can move it from phone to phone as long as it was formatted as External Storage. If it was formatted as Adoptive Internal Storage then No, it will not work in another phone. Buy if it was formatted as External then you can just pop it in the new phone and it will work fine. I am using the same SIM card and SD card from my Z Force in my Z2 Force, just popped them out of the Z Force and into the Z2 Force and everything worked fine.
