Getting phone to disc drive

Hey

I have a un rooted droid incredible. Usually when I connect to my laptop. the phone gives me the option of charging only, disc drive, hotspot, etc.


Recently the phone will not give me the option. My settings are correct setting> connect to pc> CHECK ask me.


I haven't changed anything that I know off.

Can anyone help me out? or has had this problem?
My phone has been really hit or miss performance wise..I feel like I'm always finding a reason to factory reset the phone.

Try deleting the drivers from your PC and then let them re-install the next time you plug in.

tried both...still doesn't work.

Had the same problem, resolved by: unmount sd card, take it out from the phone, put it in the phone, mount it back, connect usb cable, the menu should pop up. And dont forget to have usb debugging enabled.

The phone appears to know what it wants, my guess it's the pcs turn.

Are you only seeing "one" drive? For example you ONLY see the SD Card as a drive? Or are you flat out not seeing both?

its not showing anything neither the phone or sd card.

did this already...it was the first thing I did. THe box is checked.



Now it is acting even more weird. When I sync my facebook..its forcecloses. My phone force closes every time I try to add a new contact....I factory reset it...and it still doesn't work...bringing it to verizon for a new one immediately

They will have one sent to you provided they can duplicate the issue. Am sure they will take care of it. If can't repair they will order a replacement
