getting pictures of lg g6 with broken screen

[Android Central Question]

I have a lg g6 and the screen is destroyed it still turns on and everything but I can't unlock the phone with finger print or screen and when I plug it in to my laptop it can not find the device. and suggestions needing to get everything pulled before sending it in to insurance.
