Getting rid of InnoPath ActiveCare...HOW???

How do I get rid of this major piece of bloatware? In order to get any type of memory efficiency, I've got to get rid of ActiveCare, but haven't been able to find out how? I'm not a programmer and won't know how to do major operating system "surgery", but want to get more battery life out of my Casio Commando and this is the single biggest impediment. HELP!

Root, install Titanium backup, run that, backup and then uninstall. Once it has been removed you will not be able to check for any updates. This is okay for me because I could never get the update to install anyhow. I wouldn't really consider it a major piece of bloatware, its less than 500 kb.

Where do you go to perform the uninstall?
