Question Getting rid of the last used apps option in S24 Ultra

I want to stop the last used apps from showing up when pressing the left button on the bottom left. Not much help with googling and the article which shows the steps.... are probably for an old phone.

Any help is appreciated

Welcome to Android Central! That's an integral part of the UI, so I don't think there's any way of getting rid of that short of rooting the phone. Do you keep accidentally hitting the button, or is there some other reason why you don't want it there?

Have you considered changing to gesture navigation? That way, you wouldn't have to worry about accidentally tapping that button.
