Getting rid of Verizon Navigator prompt

How do I get rid of this every time I want to use navigation?

I already checked "every time" rather than "just once" but the damn thing keeps asking me.

Is there a way to get the Google maps navigation to be the permanent default?

I disabled verizon's navigator myself. Go to settings>>apps>>vz navigator>>select disable.
