I'm rather embarrassed that I haven't been able to figure this out on my own, so I hope people will take pity on me lol. If I'm in an app and want to get back to the home screen and use picture in picture, how do I do it? I've enabled the picture in picture setting for Hulu, but I don't know the proper gesture to be able to use it. If I swipe up from the middle, that closes Hulu entirely. Swiping from the far right doesn't work either.

If you want to keep that app running, hit the Home button. (Contrary to the belief of some people, that doesn't close the app, it just runs the launcher - which is the home screen.) Then switch to P-in-P. Then swipe up and you should see your recently used apps - tap (or swipe down) on the one you want to go back to. (Whether swiping up closes an app or shows your recently used apps depends on how you have the phone set up. If you have 3 buttons [Home, Back and another one], one of them - normally the right one [you can change that too], is "recently used" apps. If you have it set for only 2 [Home and Back], swiping up on the Home button will give you recently used, and any app that captures that gesture to close is violating the rules. It's like running the launcher when you hit the Back button.)

I haven't found the swipe gestures setup on my Tab S7, is this really the device you have, @ChrisHistorian ? Even though you posted in a forum section specific to a device, your description doesn't match my experience with that device. What device do you have?

As noted - tapping the home button (center on my Tab S7) will take you to the home screen and should put the video in PiP mode.
