Getting VR bonus content?

Has anyone had success getting your VR bonus content from the promotion despite it not showing up at first? My IMEI and stuff is the same from my original entry.

Any help?

Have you checked "Not installed" in your Oculus app?
Oculus>Library>Not installed

Samsung support told me it would "definitely" be there after my IMEI change went through. Still waiting on that to happen...
