Seems like every day, I have someone call me on the phone, wanting to know what I called them about? Apparently, sometimes when I place my phone in my shirt pocket, some buttons get pushed, and I mysteriously call people I am not intending. Is their a "lock" or app of some kind, where I can stop this from happening?
thanks,
Jim

You can use the pattern lock menu>settings>location & security>set up screen lock and choose an option this will allow you to set a pattern that you have to draw on the screen to unlock the phone or you can use a pin

I use the pattern lock, unfortunately, sometimes I place it back into my pocket prior to the pattern lock taking effect.

I had similar problems where my phone would call people randomly from my pocket. Somebody on here suggested that I try the app called "Call Confirm." It adds an additional confirmation before making a phone call. It has worked great for me!

If you don't want to be "locked in" to ThundeROM 1.7, you can do what I do and edit /system/usr/keylayout/thunder_keypad.kl with root explorer ;)

I deleted all the "WAKE" and "WAKE_DROPPED" entries from everything except the power button. I believe this is the same thing that ThundeROM uses.

This makes it so only the power button will wake the phone.

But yeah, make a backup, and don't blame me :p
