Ghost wifi

So I have this ghost wifi on my phone. The name is Hall_40356 and the mac is 00:00:00:00:00 it only shows up on my phone. I have tried to find it with my laptop,table and other phones with no luck. Has anyone had this happen before and if so do you know how to remove it. My phone is stock S5 running 4.4.4

It always shows up on my phone. Even when I got kayaking with no wifi for miles.

All I could find about networks with all zeroes are from 'guest' networks enabled on routers, but this doesn't seem to be the case.

It shows as an active network? Not just one that's being remembered? All remembered networks show up at the bottom of the WiFi list. If there are no active networks around this is all you'd see, but 'disabled'.
