Bottom buttons on Settings -> Call are

NBPCD - Current Country

Internet Call Settings:
Accounts
Use Internet Calling

When you select Accounts you get menu as this

Internet calling (SIP) accounts
Receive incoming calls - You can check this
Reduces battery life is note on this option

Bottom of this page is "Add Account" button.

Voicemail Notifcation Icon was WORKING for me I made 5 calls and left 5 VM and got Upper left notification each time.

I do not state this is fixed for everything but as of this moment running GB OTA it is working for myself in Sioux Falls SD.
