Gingerbread problems

Hi, hope this is posted in the right place. Recently updated to GB and beginning to wish I hadn't. Battery consumption seems worse although speed does seem better. My main problem may seem trivial but it's really bugging me, to the point I may roll back to froyo. I listen to a lot of fm radio and previously an incoming call would pause the radio and then resume once the call ended. Now the radio refuses to re-start. As a motorcyclist it's very annoying to have to pull over to restart the radio. Am I missing something or is this a genuine bug. Cheers, Guy.
