Give me your opinion on the "White Pearl" Galaxy S6

Man, I'm in the same boat. I can't decide on a color. I've had black phones mainly, with my current one being sliver (HTC One M7). I was going to with the black S6, but the white does look good too.

You sound like you want the white without the grief from the wife. If that's the worst thing you have to deal with in marriage then you're way ahead of the game...get the white if you like it.

I'm thinking she's a ball buster if she makes a deal out of something so small.
Just might be the tip of an ice berg. LOL

I had a white note 2 and loved it, never had any negative comments about it (other then how big it was). I currently have a black s5 and the only reason I got it in black is because I got the black and gold combination cause I liked that gold trim and back. Now I've ordered the white sapphire s6 edge and have no qualms about it. The cases I ordered are even intentionally clear cases to show off the color and nice look up the phone.

Although I did have a white LG G2 for a short time - just couldn't do the white but honestly looked good with a black case around it.

I've always had black phones so this time I went with a white S6. I really like the pearl white on this phone, although I think it looks better on the Edge, very futuristic and all, but I don't think the Edge is quite ready for prime time yet. Next year if the fix the sharp sides and give the edges more use I might go for it... In white.

apples to oranges. Not gonna lie, i've always felt like white gadgets are a bit more feminine. But with that being said, i've owned quite a few white devices so who cares really.

I think what it comes down to is that people associate black as more of a bold color while white can be considered more delicate.

I'm a dude and picked white (my Best Buy only had black or white). I always case my phones, and white usually blends better with the color of case I choose and gives me more flexibility.

Also, I read white shows fewer fingerprints when uncased.

i don't think colors being a gender thing is really applicable. That said if I saw a guy with a pink phone I might indeed raise an eyebrow. ...but I'm not judging.

I did get the black version.

I'm waiting until I can see both in my beaters. I really like the Edge but haven't been able to get anywhere to see them but I will this weekend. Plus I want to see the reviews on both for real world users. The battery has me a bit concerned.

White is gender neutral goes with everything. Got the black sapphire. I just don't care for a phone or car that color. Plus I prefer Mercedes Benz.

I find that the black border contrasts better with a vivid screen (such as the GS6) thats why I picked black sapp for mine
