Given a Nexus 4 as a gift. Any warranty issues?

As the title says, I have a nexus 4 as a gift from a friend.
So, the name and credit card used were not mine.
Will I have any warranty issues?
If yes, what info do I have to ask to give to me?

nope. you wont have any issues. all you need to have is the warranty card(comes in the box) and the purchase info.

Thanks still i was wondering the same as with other companies you have to jump through hoops eg if you buy a htc of ebay e.g Repairers in Aus won't touch it only Hong Kong ones will etc. Least Google is good with that.
