Given everything known would you get the M9 if you don't have it yet?

Simple answer yes. There is no issues with the 810, that was all BS. Any day now an update is going to drop and drastically improve the camera. Some that have the update say it is better than the S6.

Yep... Went from the M8 to the S6, but I like htc phones so my next will be htc again. The S6 is a good phone, too.

Correct. It covers devices purchased before August 15. I know it also covers the M8. Not sure about the other device lines though.

I would, but then again I'd take almost any flagship over the S6. In fact I kinda want a LG G4 too. I've already bought the M9, a Moto 360, and 128GB iPhone 6 this year. Other than a new laptop I'm done for the year. (edit: I hope. LOL)

I'm concerned about the camera. I'm not a heavy picture taker but I still do use the camera on my phone when taking pictures of items I buy and for selling a few things now and again.

I keep hearing about a new camera update but another thing that concerns me is it being on 5.0.1

I'm buying it from swappa or eBay depending on how good a deal I find so I need to be absolutely sure.

That's a great question... Honestly... I love my m8 and updated to have the latest phone. If I knew the m8 would be just as good plus a little snappier, I would have waited.

Yes. I have had no issues with mine, I love Sense, and the camera is perfectly fine if you take a few seconds to tweak a few settings or just shoot in RAW and then fix it later. I have used an S6 briefly and while the S6 gets brighter pictures in low light, the M9's colors are more true to life. Touch Wiz is also frustrating.

I played with the M9 at the AT&T store and I really don't like the design. Maybe I'm not used to it, but do not like the gold frame around it. I wish it was more blended with the silver on the sides.

I'm not too used to Sense either, but the camera kinda turns me off though, but it has improves seemingly since it's updates

I'm not a huge fan of the silver/gold combo either, but the gunmetal looks really good. Instead of gold on the sides, it's black.

M9 has the better battery life and speakers. The S6 has better everything else.

Sense runs smoother than Touchwiz. Sense also has it's own theme engine. Also, with the M9, you can get better capacity due to the SD card slot. It does lack the finger print scanner. I'm not to crazy about the side button placements, but I have grown accustomed.

Why are you concerned about it being on 5.0.1? It has 5.0.2.

5.0.x has been terrible on my Nexus. That's why I was a little skeptical about it getting 5.1 late.

I considered the G4 but I ended up passing.

You replace your S6 with a Zenphone?

TouchWiz can't even get Ok Google to work properly much less the other lack of refinements compared to Sense.
