Given everything known would you get the M9 if you don't have it yet?

That is why I stated the 6, not 6+.

Nonetheless, HTC leaving OIS out of the M9 was stupid and should never have even been considered in a flagship phone. I disagree with the decision by HTC to stay with 1080p screen resolution as well, but at least there is a valid case to be made for that one. There's no excuse for no OIS though.

Won't argue with that. It would have been a better choice, but I don't consider it a deal breaker. I do think in hindsight though, they would do it differently given a second chance.

Given the free fall of their stock right now. The M10 WILL be their last opportunity to get EVERYTHING right. Necessity is the mother of invention and they are at that point now. I expect they will provide an exceptional device next Spring.

I have an S6 and I'm currently looking at selling it and picking up the M9. The camera samples that I've seen seem good enough, but I do definitely worry about it. I'm hopeful that this camera update that's rolling out really improves upon things. If it does, I might be all in. The S6 battery, no matter what I do, won't last me a full day. And I hate how the phone can go from lightning fast, to slower than my Droid X (the original one from 4+ years ago). Sometimes it'll take a good 3-5 seconds just to respond to opening a notification. With a processor like this, that's just unacceptable. The camera and screen are absolutely insane, though.

Likely not
I played with the M9 at the AT&T store and I really don't like the design. Maybe I'm not used to it, but do not like the gold frame around it. I wish it was more blended with the silver on the sides.

I'm not too used to Sense either, but the camera kinda turns me off though, but it has improves seemingly since it's updates

Sent from my Asus Zenphone 2!

I like the gold. It looks akin to a watch. Understated and not blingy.

Nope. Lack of proper car kit is really frustrating. Sprint store employees didn't exactly lie, but didn't tell me that there was no proper car kit only universal holders. Really disappointed.
