Yeah. I normally don't watch gay shows myself. I'm not opposed to them just never seems to happen.

Oh and Cory thanks for the wishes. My uncles passing away from mesothelioma (sp? FYI lung cancer) from gasses they used in the war when he was younger. Really sad. The price we pay.

Anywho, I watched the first and second season of RuPauls show. Been addicted to it. She actually performed here in my small city a few years ago. Surprised she would come here. She's not as nice as some think, but it could all be hearsay.

So we should make this thread as big as crackberrys. I'm a former Storm1 user.

sorry to hear that cynical .. i am a former 8330 curve and storm 1 user also and yes we need to keep this thread going for sure!!! maybe get some other things going. it seems not many people are that chatty on here as they are on crackberry but it may change soon.

I know, they are but they're more chatty on their designated phone area, LOL. I normally get on through my phone since my computer is hooked up to my flat screen TV and I can't miss a minute of TV. LOL. I do check this thread to make sure it isn't dying. So we know where the 5 of us live/phone we use..what's everyone do for a living?
Oh and if I didn't say I use the Moto Droid.

What do I do for a living? Nothing yet except the occasional summer job, but hopefully that will change in little more than a year and a half. Until then, I'll be finishing my studies at university, I'm going for a bachelor's in IT engineering and I plan on majoring in embedded systems. I've been talking with one of my professors (he gave lectures in Logic Design last semester, I aced that class hence the offer), and if I'm very lucky, I might just get a part time job-thing as lab assistant for the FPGA 101 lab for first year student next semester.

Nice fox! I work in shipping ya a dirty job with dust and nasty **** all around. Oh and has a feed mill next door so we smell cat/dog food half the time. I have moto Droid and live in statesville NC!

Well I must agree with CyniclaDreams, we do need to liven this thread up a bit. So not many of us talk about work... very well. It's friday, the weekend is almost here. Any particular plans? Or is everyone just going to relax? Me, I'd like to have some nice quiet time, but midterm season is upon me, no rest for another week. All the fun and relaxing I'll probably have will be my saturday night Doctor Who episode watching "ritual". Incidentally, does anyone watch that show?

P.s.: the only thing that comforts me is the knowledge that I get the weekend six hours earlier than most of you! This is one of the good things about living in Europe. Also welcome newcomers 7, 8 and 9! Just one more person and we hit double digits!!!

I currently live in Philly (born and raised) and I'm 26 years old. I went with the Samsung Moment because it has a physical keyboard. I was never a fan of touch screen phones but always said if anyone came out with a touch screen with a physical keyboard I would get it. Glad I did cause I love my phone!!

I'm keeping it kind of chill this weekend. Gonna go to a friends house to iron out the details for vacation in a week. Saturday, I'm part of the supporters club for the Philadelphia Union (our soccer team) and I might be helping out with some packaging stuff for the new members of the supporters club. Sunday is my time to rest

This has to be the most amazing weekend - weather wise - that we've seen in Seattle all year long. Unfortunately I'm trying to get some work done and can't be out enjoying it. I'm an avid hiker, so this is complete and total torture.

Can anyone believe that Pride is just over a month away? It seems like just yesterday we had the last one. I personally don't participate in any of it, but it's kind of a big thing in Seattle.

That's cool. I've never been to pride. The small town I live at here in Tx doesn't have anything super large like that. The first weekend in June we have what's called Splash (goes all over Tx like pride travels). Its basically just gay people meeting up and drinking at the beach. Families with kids and stuff even go. Last year we actually had a Dj from a radio station and police security out there. That's how "large" our gay community is here. LOL.

My weekend was uneventful. BTW, welcome to the new guys!

My weekend I painted living room and re decorated LOL and now it raining. I went to pride 2 years ago here in Charlotte it was pretty cool. I myself do not really get out to those but fun time. Any body watch American idol? I don't much my hubby does. But I love that chick with dreads she is good.

Hey guys! I just joined last night - in anticipation of my Droid Incredible that's on it's way hopefully any day now. I was looking for where intro posts came, and found this one, so it's just as good! I guess with the count I might be 9? (I lost count after reading.)

I'm 29, live in Greensboro, NC and by day I sell signage to people, and when I'm not doing that I'm working on being a freelance photographer. If anyone wants to add me to gtalk, it's Pixelrebellion.
