So, I got my Inspire a month or so ago.. After having it almost 2 weeks, I did a complete reboot on it after the screen stopped responding, it would send random text messages and what not... It completely erased and blew out my SIM card socket. It would also skip around with my music.
I took the phone back to the store and they claimed nothing was wrong with it and sent me back home with it. That night after being told to do another system restore on it and what not, my phone lost the entire mobile network..
I had a bricked phone. I did an online support with AT&T and they had me replace the sim card with a new one I had and it didn't help. They told me to take it back to the store in the morning and get it replaced out.
Replaced it for my current one, which is giving me the same problems with trying to type, I'll try to type a certain letter and it will hit another one the whole way across the keyboard (using handcent), will try to send messages to different people, won't always connect to the network, etc..
Sunday I had it in my pocket and took it out to check the time and it said blank SD card... I had a 16gb card in my phone and it blew it out... I tried recovering it on my computer, as well as formatting it through the phone and it's a completely dead card.
I'm lost right now trying to figure out what's going to happen next. I haven't had this phone more than 2 months and I'm already on my second one... Suggestions? Anyone else having these issues?
