Gmail and Hotmail issue

OK....noob question . When I receive a email addressed to Hotmail, I receive a duplicate email sent to Gmail. What am I missing here?

you have forwarding setup. that happen to me recently when i used an account i seldom use and i had forgot. i cechecked the setting and bam problem solved. hope yours is that easy

And where is that setting? The only one I found was Forward as Attachment in General Settings.
