Gmail and YouTube Keep Crashing

So my phone got the newest updates to Gmail and YouTube and they both crash every time I open them. Should I just downgrade the programs or are there any fixes?

I did both. The only thing that seemed to work was uninstalling the updates... I am starting to get weary of software updates as of late.

So several of the core Google apps (YouTube, Gmail, Hangouts) keep crashing and updating. Are there any known bugs in the newest updates?

Had to resort to a complete factory restore.... eek.

Ha, I did that multiple times. Cleared the cache, cleared the data, rebooted. The only thing that was working was uninstalling the updates, but I wanted the updated versions. Doing a total factory reset was the only permanent fix... i may gotten weird APK files or screwed something up with the developer options.

Ok so I get a ZMAX Pro and I absolutely love it but my gmail app everytime I go into settings I get

I was having problems of gmail crashing whenever i wanted to reply or compose a new email. I cleared cache and data from Google Play Services and that fixed it for me.
