Saw this thread on the Nexus 6 forum, when users updated to nougat, but nothing since October, so I thought I would mention it here. I just received my Pixel last weekend. Transferred all my data from Nexus 5 without difficulty. But gmail app, which worked perfectly in marshmallow, does not allow me to undo emails I swipe to delete or archive. When I try to touch the undo button, it undoes for a split second, then disappears to wherever I originally intended (either to trash or to archive). This was a neat feature of gmail app up until now. Is this a recurring problem with the gmail app? Or am I the only one having this problem, which would make it more likely to be with the phone itself. I want to decide whether or not to return my Pixel before the 2 week trial runs out and go back to my slower Nexus 5, which still runs flawlessly, albeit with slower response and rapidly decaying battery life.
As usual, Google has been useless on their forums and has been unresponsive to my emails.
